My Sleep Approach
Feeling tired? Exhausted beyond thinking clearly? I am here to help! Through the use of the gentle, restorative Association Fading sleep method, I improve your child's sleep without the stress or harshness of traditional 'cry it out' methods and work 1-on-1 with you to gradually reduce sleep associations at a pace that supports both parent and child. This approach is holistic as it focuses on the four main factors of sleep that promotes better independent sleep, and it's effects are sustainable.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I create customized sleep plans tailored to your child's age, personality, and developmental stage, so you feel confident, supported, and in tune with your parenting values every step of the way. Let's get you the sleep you deserve!

"Kelsey was always available for any and all questions. If she didn't know the answer she made sure to find the answer and get back to us as soon as possible. She was encouraging during the whole process, even if our baby wasn't picking up on things right away and we got discouraged. She made sure we knew that it was okay to give ourselves some grace since this was a new process for both baby and us. When we were having trouble she helped us adjust our plan to help baby boy find the windows of nap/wake time. She was diligent about checking our sleep logs and making sure we were hitting or close to hitting our marks for each nap and bedtime."
